Our annual owner’s meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
We will be meeting at Fenwick Inn located on 139th and Coastal Highway.
Please make every effort to attend as we have a number of important items to share, discuss, and vote on. Ocean City’s Fall Festival is being held that weekend so there will be time following the meeting to enjoy the many events planned for that weekend.
The agenda items for the meeting include:
a report on our financial status and proposed Budget for 2016
plans from the Building Condo Association for upgrades to the building and grounds
a report on the upgrades completed and planned in the timeshare units
a report from Ocean Point LTD, our management company
nominations and vote for four(4) positions on our Board of Directors
and any other discussions, concerns, or questions from owners
It is very important that you attend or have your proxies returned for voting proposes since a majority of votes must be cast before we can take action on any issue. Attached to this letter is the Notification of the Annual Meeting of Owners and the proxy forms. Please return the proxy forms to Ocean Point by the due date.

and vote on. Ocean City's SunFest is being held that weekend so there will be time following the

of our Timeshare Association. We sent out four RFPs to management companies that manage
Timeshares similar to ours. We received three proposals with the contract price basically the same for
all three proposals. After reviewing and discussing in detail the three proposals the Board voted
unanimously to recommend the Membership approve Ocean Point to continue as our Property
Manager.
It is very important that you attend or have your proxies returned for voting proposes since a
majority of votes must be cast before we can take action on any issue. Attached to this letter is the
Notification of the Annual Meeting of Owners and the proxy forms. Please return the proxy forms to
Ocean Point by the due date.

room at the Hawaiian Village located on 142nd Street in Ocean City, Maryland.
Please make every effort to attend as we have a number of important items to share, discuss and vote on. These items include:
- updates on and plans to continue upgrades, replacements, and repairs in our units and on the building
- status of and any changes in unit owners
- our current financial status and develop a budget for 2014
- update on our appeal of tax assessments
- sharing and discussing information regarding the Termination Date of our Time Share Owner's Association
- review and update of our calendar of use by owners
- discussion of owners responsibilities for fees incurred by renters (RCI).
It is very important that we have as many owners as possible attend since we need a quorum to vote on any actions or proposed.
Just a reminder that during that weekend Ocean City's Fall Fest is scheduled with a lot of activities planned so there will be plenty of
fun things to do and see.
If you are unable to attend please return your proxy forms being sent to you by Ocean Point as soon as possible so that we can
have your vote and say in the decisions and actions that we need to continue to maintain the progress that we have made with our
Association in the last three years.

We are happy to advise you that we were able to sell the two units that we had foreclosed on at auction on Friday, February 10th.
This is good news, especially since we had more than one interested bidder.
The Time Share Owners Association is no longer encumbered by these units and will now be able to have them generate fees to sustain themselves.
We believe the response to the foreclosure sale indicates our building (Quarters@MarlinCove) is a good investment and provides the perfect vacation
spot for you and your family.
