As you know by now, our annual owners meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 4--Springfest weekend--at 9am. The meeting is held in a nice meeting room on the second floor of the Hawaiian Village at 142nd street. All owners and Timeshare owners are invited. This is not to be confused with the Timeshare owners annual meeting which is scheduled later in the year.
Your board does it's best to improve the value of your investment and, on behalf of your board, I encourage you to attend to learn about where we've been and plans for the future. We need your input to lend support to our efforts or challenge us with new ideas.
We've spent approximately $170,000 on major projects in the last few years, and we are planning an additional $160,000 between now and 2019. You should be aware of the planning and the process.
Our property manager, Steve Kenny--Ocean Point, will be making a presentation on Directv versus Comcast. There appears to be the opportunity for significant savings, but is there a downside? We need your input, insight, questions and comments. This could be a major change to our Marlin Cove experience.
You may also have questions about our new wi-fi 'system'. We'll either have answers or get them on this and anything that comes up.
