UPDATE: Please note that the Board of Directors will hold the Fall Owners Meeting on September 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fenwick Inn Rooftop Meeting Room. The Fenwick Inn is located on 139th and Coastal Highway.  <---THIS IS A NEW TIME & LOCATION

Elevator Shut Down Notice~ TS Hermine

Dear Homeowners: 

In the next 24 hours conditions will deteriorate as TS Hermine travels towards our area. Sustained winds of 35 mph and Heavy Rains are expected to remain in our area through Wednesday as  TS Hermine is expected to stall off our coast and simply sit off shore. 

To that end we are taking precautions beginning today at 4p.m.to secure the elevators to the top floors and shut off power and lock them down.

This is done for two reasons- we are expecting power outages and do not want to have entrapment issues and we are expecting flooding conditions and do not want the elevator cab sitting in water.
