Message from Judy Cich, President, Council of Unit Owners re         Quarters at Marlin Cove Parking for Memorial Weekend

Hello All...I wanted to send you a quick note about our garage painting project. For those of you coming down this long weekend, it will be okay to park on the canal side after 5pm today except for a couple of spaces which are marked with traffic cones.  Work will resume Tuesday morning, so for those of you who are staying you will need to re-park on the south side or outside depending on where they will be working.
It's VERY IMPORTANT that you display your parking permit in case we need to have you move your car next week. (They should be displayed at all times, anyway).

The structural repairs are continuing.  Several of you will have secured drop cloths on your balconies over the weekend.  The walls have been re-painted and will be caulked next week.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but the work is necessary for structural soundness.

Good news for you grillers....we now have, on a trial basis, a grill to the west of the swimming pool.  Grill rules are posted in the elevator.  We are still experimenting with the ashes can, so if it isn't there when you grill, leave the ashes this time and we'll take care of it once the ash can is secured.  Please DO NOT dispose of the embers in the dumpster.

Thanks, and have a great holiday weekend!
Judy

Marlin Cove--Do Not Park on the Canal Side of the Garage until Further Notice

5/11/2016

Hello to all,

We are in the midst of concrete repairs on the canal side of the condo, and powerwashing of the canal side is targeted for this Friday, May 13.

The concrete repairs involve chipping and grinding of concrete followed by painting.  The powerwashing will make a mess.

Therefore, STARTING TODAY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE,  PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE CANAL SIDE OF THE GARAGE.  We're anticipating completion of this work by mid next week--around May 18--but, the work schedule is flexible depending on the weather.  The goal is to powerwash in the rain, if possible.

As always, PLEASE DISPLAY YOUR PARKING PASS SO YOU CAN BE CONTACTED IF YOUR CAR NEEDS TO BE MOVED--we should all be doing this anyway.

If you are expecting renters in your unit, please advise the rental company.  If you are at the condo this weekend and the powerwashing has not been completed, it would be a good idea to move your deck furniture inside, if possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will notify you when the work is complete.
